Leading British bathroom brand Woodstock is proud to have taken part in the St Michaels Hospice RUN event this month. Helping to raise vital funds for the charity’s essential care and support services.
The event brought together runners, volunteers and supporters for an inspiring day of community spirit and fundraising. Participants took part in a range of challenges, including a 5K, 10K and half marathon route.
Charlotte Tilby, Head of Marketing at Woodstock Trading co: “We are incredibly proud to continue our partnership with St Michael’s Hospice and support such an important cause. The dedication and determination shown by everyone who took part was truly inspiring, and we hope to continue this for the years to come.”
Woodstock has been in partnership with St Michael’s Hospice for over 2 years, providing a volunteering scheme where members of staff can have a paid day off to volunteer at the Hospice. This includes having had employees help with decorating and DIY for the new centre at Whitestone, Herefordshire as well as helping to sort donations and gardening. Woodstock also donated and fitted the bathrooms at the new centre in Whitestone.
This partnership forms part of Woodstock’s wider commitment to giving back to the local community and supporting charities that make a meaningful difference to people’s lives. This initiative is the latest in a series of fundraising efforts planned for this year and, Woodstock hopes to continue helping the charity in delivering its essential services for years to come.
