Utopia’s Commitment to Service Excellence

Wolverhampton based Bathroom furniture manufacturer, Utopia Bathrooms continue to strengthen its senior management team with new appointments Pete Penlington – Commercial Director and Katie England – Head of Customer Experience. Utopia are committed to improving their customer experience.

Pete has led multiple sales teams in the consumer goods, wholesale and retail sectors. He is charged with developing the Utopia channel strategy and field teams to deliver service and drive business development. He said of his appointment, ‘Utopia is going through an exciting time with strong product ranges and plans in place to drive the business forward. The experience I have of other industries compliments the plans and I and I am looking forward to being part of the future success.’

Katie has spent over 20 years in various senior management roles, delivering excellent customer service.  She comments, ‘I am looking forward to taking Utopia’s customer experience to the next level, adding value for our customers by helping them to grow and achieve their business objectives. My aim is to make it easy for customers to deal with our knowledgeable and efficient team of customer service advisors.’
