New Staff at is delighted to announce two key additions to their team. Mark Turner has recently joined the company as their new marketing manager. A graduate of marketing, he has over 20 years marketing experience in different industries which includes 4 years in the KBB sector.

He joins Sycamore at an exciting time and will head up the marketing department with a focus on supporting the national sales team in achieving their ambitious growth plans whilst maintaining Sycamore’s position as the UK’s market-leading LED lighting manufacturer and supplier.

Gary Wilson, sales director of Sycamore, said: “I’m delighted to welcome Mark to the Sycamore family and look forward to tapping into his extensive marketing knowledge and skill set.

“There’s tremendous opportunities for growth within the KBB and lighting market sectors to take this business to the next level and Mark will be the driving force behind this.”

Also new to Sycamore is Matt Bell who has recently joined the company as an area sales manager. He has taken up the vacant Midlands area and is responsible for generating sales strategies and will also service key accounts within the region.

Matt originally trained as a butcher and fishmonger through the Worshipful Company of Butchers which took him to Munich and Canada. He enjoyed 18 years within the Cooperative Movement progressing from butcher to store and area management.

He then moved into domestic appliance warranty with 10 years at Domestic and General (D&G) overseeing both the repair side and the replacement side of domestic appliances.

Wilson added: “Matt’s appointment will add both strength and depth to our business development operations and I’m sure he’ll quickly prove to be a great asset to the Sycamore team.”
