Used Kitchen Exchange Celebrate Which? Trusted Trader Status with a £30,000 giveaway!

To celebrate being awarded Which? Trusted Trader for their specialist kitchen removal service, Used Kitchen Exchange (UKE) are giving away up to £30,000 in the coming months.

To mark their new status and to encourage more showrooms to give ‘regeneration’ a go, UKE is offering a £150 incentive for each used kitchen sold and removed by UKE which is recommended from any kitchen showroom. Helen Lord, UKE founder, explains, “It’s our way of saying thank you to our current partners for supporting us so far and to welcome new showrooms to a greener way of doing business.”

Speaking about their new accolade and the continued success of UKE, Helen notes, “2018 has been an exceptional year of growth for us and we are thrilled that all our hard work has culminated in being awarded the Which? Trusted Trader status. Our kitchen regeneration service continues to grow in popularity and our rigorous process ensures that our partner showrooms can experience the ‘feel good’ of sustainability by offering an ethical solution for a used kitchen, without dealing with the hassle of it themselves.”

Highlighting the importance of showrooms, Helen continues, ‘We add the most value when we work in partnership with our showrooms; enabling them to offer a point of sale discount against a new kitchen using the used one, just as the car industry does. It’s been a hard slog to convince some that regeneration is great for business but with more and more showrooms coming on board the future for used kitchen regeneration is undeniable’.

Helen notes, ‘I feel utterly privilege to have been so warmly received and to be working with some of the most influential names in the Industry to ensure that kitchens are at the forefront of circular economy  thinking.”
