Tissino is continuing its regional retailer roadshow this summer, following the success of its first southern retailer engagement event in Bristol, which was fully booked and warmly received by attending partners.

The next event will take place on Tuesday 16 June at Mercedes-Benz World in Surrey, running from 11am to 4pm, as Tissino continues to invest in closer relationships with its bricks-and-mortar retail network across the South of England.

Developed to give KBB retailers more direct access to the brand’s latest product launches, technical detail and showroom selling support, the roadshow brings Tissino’s product training closer to regional partners who may not be able to travel to the company’s headquarters events.

The format will follow a similar structure to the first session, beginning with an overview of the Tissino brand and its current direction, before moving into focused product training, a stand tour with key products on show, lunch, a practical workshop and an opportunity for attendees to finish the day with a session on the Mercedes-Benz World simulator.

The programme forms part of Tissino’s continued commitment to supporting independent and bricks-and-mortar retailers, which remain central to the brand’s route to market. Around 80% of the Tissino product portfolio is available only through physical retail partners, reinforcing the importance the company places on showroom expertise, face-to-face specification support and the value of retailers being able to present products with confidence.

Frazer Lewis, Sales Director at Tissino, said: “The response to our first roadshow event in Bristol was fantastic, with the session fully booked and a real appetite from retailers to spend time with the products and the team in a more practical, hands-on setting. That level of engagement confirmed exactly why we wanted to take this programme on the road, because our retail partners value the opportunity to get closer to the detail and understand how each product can support the conversations they are already having with customers in the showroom.

“We are very committed to developing our relationships with retailers across the South and this continued investment is about making sure they feel supported beyond supply alone. With such a significant proportion of the Tissino portfolio available only through bricks-and-mortar partners, we recognise the importance of giving those retailers the product knowledge, technical confidence and direct access to our team that helps them sell accurately and confidently.”

The Surrey event at Mercedes-Benz World has been selected to create an engaging environment for retailers, combining practical product training with an experience-led finish that reflects the roadshow’s aim of making product knowledge more accessible, memorable and useful for showroom teams.

Tissino will continue to develop its retailer engagement programme throughout the year, with further regional activity planned as the brand builds on the momentum of its first roadshow sessions.
