At the heart of the range is ASKO’s Celsius° Cooking™ Technology, which uses multiple precision sensors to continuously monitor and regulate both moisture and temperature. The unique vaulted ceiling, inspired by traditional wood-fired ovens, ensures efficient, even air circulation, while strategically placed air vents distribute heat uniformly throughout the cavity. The range also introduces next-generation sensor technology, including intelligent load detection that automatically assesses the amount of food in the oven cavity.
