The group has also welcomed Vikash Patel who has joined the Oval Deene Recruitment team as a Recruitment Consultant.
Sam Radford prides herself on being a people-focused recruiter with 23 years of experience in HGV, logistics, and permanent placements. Over the years, Sam has developed a real passion for helping individuals find roles where they can thrive, while helping businesses grow with the right people on board. Outside of work, Sam enjoys keeping active, spending time with family, and finding moments of calm in a fast-paced world, qualities that translate into resilience, balance, and a thoughtful approach to supporting both clients and candidates.
Lewis Morrish has been a member of the Simon Acres Group team for almost four years and has over 10 years of combined experience working within the KBB and merchant industries. In his previous role as Business Development Manager, Lewis used his passion for the KBB and merchant sectors to solidify relationships with industry professionals and build strong key account partnerships for the group. In his new role, Lewis will drive exceptional recruitment solutions for merchant clients and will be growing a team, while continuing to strengthen long-term partnerships across the sector.
Vikash Patel brings over five years of combined professional experience, including more than three years specialising in driver recruitment and two years in proactive customer service. Based at the Oval Deene Recruitment office in Tunbridge Wells, Vikash will leverage his expertise to support candidates in securing their ideal roles, while ensuring clients have access to the very best talent solutions.
