The KBSA’s flagship industry event swaps its autumn slot for a new date in May, with broadcaster Emma Crosby returning to host the event.
The Kitchen Bathroom Bedroom Specialists Association (KBSA) is delighted to confirm the date for its next KBB Industry Conference: Thursday 13 May 2027. It will once again take place at The Belfry Hotel & Resort in Sutton Coldfield and will start at 9am. It’s a change of season for the association’s flagship event, which moves from its traditional autumn timing to a new slot in spring.
Broadcaster and journalist Emma Crosby returns as host for 2027. She played the same role throughout last year’s conference, including an on-stage exclusive interview with architect and TV presenter George Clarke and facilitating the 2025 Big Debate, one of the standout sessions of the event. This lively session saw a panel of independent retailers and designers answer questions on charging for design, workplace culture and showroom investment in front of a packed room of delegates.
Luke Wedgbury, KBSA Interim Chair, says, “Emma conducted a really insightful interview with George Clarke, as well as bringing real energy and sharp questioning to the Big Debate last year. So, having her back behind the mic for 2027 is brilliant news for both our members and exhibitors. Moving to spring is a big change for the KBSA, and locking in the date and venue this early gives members plenty of time to plan around it and make sure they attend this not-to-be-missed event.”
Full details of the 2027 programme, speakers and booking will follow in due course and be available on the KBSA website events page. For now, the date to note is 13 May 2027.
