Kicking off IFA 2025 consumer electronics show this week, Samsung UK today announces its latest products across smart home and appliances. From the first smart fridge in 1985 to today’s Bespoke AI line-up of smart home products, this year Samsung celebrates 40 years of innovation.
Today’s news in summary:
- Extractor Induction Hob – a 2-in-1 scratch-resistant, matte hob with anti-fingerprint coating and extractor fan built directly into the cooktop. Perfect for those who want a hob on their kitchen island as this unique product design eliminates the need for a traditional ceiling-mounted extractor fan hood.
- Bespoke AI Dishwasher – the first dishwasher update in recent years, this new and upgraded one comes in handy when fully built-in, so users don’t have to add a handle to the exterior furniture of the dishwasher door and can retain a clean, seamless finish.
- Bringing the One UI updates to home appliances now – unifying the user experience for all products from mobile devices and TVs, home appliances will benefit from the industry-leading 7-year software updates as well, ensuring all products benefit from the most up-to-date features for even longer.
- Powered by Samsung Knox, the high-level security has been reinforced with advanced safeguards, ensuring even greater protection of users’ data and devices in an increasingly connected world.
- Remote appliance management has been expanded globally – now accessible in 122 countries and 17 languages, this update means that solutions and support for any issues that previously required in-home technician visits, can now be handled remotely, further increasing convenience.
All new products will become available in the UK in H1 2026 – exact launch dates with RRP will be announced closer to time.
