Novy PANORAMA Achieves International Design Accolade * Red Dot Award: Product Design 2018 *
The Novy PANORAMA 90cm Combination Induction Hob and Downdraft Extractor has been awarded a prestigious 2018 Red Dot for Product Design. This is the second Red Dot achieved by the Belgian specialist induction / extraction brand; the first being for the Novy ONE 78cm Combination Induction Hob and Downdraft Extractor in 2016.
Since its inception in 1955, the Red Dot Design Award has become established internationally as one of the most sought-after quality marks for good design, which tracks the most prominent trends worldwide. With more than 11,000 entries from over 50 countries, the award is presented to brands that deliver beautiful and functional design, while the products in each of the categories have to also represent the ultimate in genuine innovation.
The Novy PANORAMA is the first combination induction hob and downdraft extractor of its kind: it features an opaque glass ventilation tower that rises from within the surface of the hob and is discreetly concealed from view when not in use. With three height increments up to 30cm, the ventilation tower extracts cooking vapours at source – directly behind the pans.
