On Thursday 21st September, Novy, the luxury Belgian appliance and lighting brand launched its new London Experience Centre at Halcyon Interiors on Wigmore Street, W1. A special event was held for Novy’s Premium Innovation Partners – its network of independent kitchen specialist retailers and design studios, together with VIP guests, who were invited to view the collection of Novy products on display and to receive cooking demonstrations by Novy’s executive chef, Dan Britten. The event was co-hosted by Iskender Diker, commercial director, Middleby Residential UK and Jenny Hyatt, sales and marketing director, Middleby Residential UK – Premium Channel.
Purchased in 2021 by the Middleby Corporation, Novy is proudly part of Middleby Residential UK’s portfolio of luxury brands that include AGA, Rangemaster and La Cornue. The event also offered the opportunity for a first look at the newly launched AGA ERA. The first ever glass AGA, this disruptive and mould-breaking cooker has been carefully considered to create an appliance with premium design values and a quietly assertive aesthetic, making it perfect for contemporary kitchens.
Over the two floors of the Halcyon Interiors showroom, Novy showcases its range of built-in extraction products including ceiling hoods, recirculation island hoods and vented induction hobs in addition to Shelf Pro and Pendant models from its gesture-controlled Designer Lighting Collection. Highlights include the 1.2 metre Panorama Pro 120 Vented Downdraft Induction Hob and the 1.3 metre Phantom Recirculation Island Hood, both featured as window displays. In the Theatre Kitchen is the Pureline Frame Recirculation Island Hood that sits within an industrial-style mineral black metal framework. This is above the Novy Power Induction Wok, a combined induction hob and wok with an integrated ventilation tower.

The Novy London Experience Centre at Halcyon Interiors will be a training centre for Novy Premium Innovation Partners, residential architects and interior designers. In addition, appointments can be pre-booked by Novy retailers for their consumer clients to visit the central London showroom to receive appliance and lighting demonstrations by Novy representatives before they purchase.
