Neolith, a global leader in sintered stone surfaces, announces the appointment of Nieves Contreras as Chief Brand Officer (CBO). She joins the company to lead the global strategic integration of brand, design, and sustainable innovation.
With the creation of this role, Neolith enters a new phase focused on strengthening its international presence and evolving its brand narrative through a unified vision that brings together product, architecture, culture, and sustainability.

As Chief Brand Officer, Nieves will lead Neolith’s global brand strategy, aligning communication, positioning, storytelling, and corporate culture to continue the company’s standing as an international leader in premium architectural surfaces.
This appointment reaffirms the company’s commitment to innovation, excellence, and sustainability as the pillars of its future growth.

Career and vision
Nieves Contreras brings more than 20 years of international experience in creative leadership and design strategy. Most recently, she served as Director of the Creativity Department (Design and Development) and as a member of Lladró’s Executive Committee, where she led the company’s brand strategy and creative transformation for eight years.
Her career also includes experience at international studios such as Elium Studio in Paris, along with strong links to the academic and cultural worlds of design. She is currently pursuing a doctorate in Design at the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), serves on the board of trustees of the Design Foundation of the Region of Valencia, and holds an international certification in Boards of Directors and Good Governance.
