MHK UK, part of Europe’s leading buying group for KBB retailers, announces a goal-driven roadmap for the year ahead including brand new strategic supplier partnerships, a focus on cash flow empowerment, plus the return of its landmark European AGM in March 2025.
Welcoming new market-leading supplier partners
In addition to its already popular kitchen brand xeno, MHK UK introduces two new key supplier partnerships to its portfolio, affording members even more choice and security than before.
Firstly, the group is enhancing its product offering with the exclusive launch of Schüller by MHK, a kitchen brand synonymous with innovative design and quality craftsmanship. With this new partnership, MHK UK offers MHK members an exclusive 10-year functional guarantee for all Schüller kitchens’ designs which they can offer to their customers: a market-first advantage for kitchen retailers and their customers. This exclusive benefit will be available only to MHK UK members, providing them with a unique opportunity to differentiate themselves and offer customers an unparalleled level of security and trust.
Additionally, MHK UK is embarking on a joint venture with Bauformat to launch the “#kitchenfamily” collaboration. With #kitchenfamily, MHK UK offers its members an exclusive, Europe-wide concept in partnership with Bauformat, focusing on high-profile kitchen and bathroom furniture. This programme gives retailers the opportunity to transform their showrooms into #kitchenfamily showrooms, benefiting from a strong brand identity, premium products, and excellent infrastructure. It is also a great concept for entrepreneurs eager to invest in a thriving industry.
Commenting on supplier breadth, David Morris, Sales Director for MHK UK, says: “MHK offers the largest supplier portfolio in the UK with 60% more suppliers available than other buying groups. These new partnerships further solidify MHK as the leading buying partners for retailers seeking to expand their brand and product portfolios.”

Central to MHK UK’s 2025 vision is empowering its members to achieve greater financial independence. By focusing on cash flow offerings, MHK ensures its members can overcome the challenges posed by supplier payment terms and compete more effectively with larger chains. Many independent UK kitchen retailers face significant cash flow pressures due to the need to pay suppliers proforma at the time of order.
“MHK’s goal in 2025 is to help our members soar,” explains David Morris, Sales Director, MHK UK. “This year we will spend even more time evangelising the benefits of our cash flow initiatives which are designed to give retailers the tools they need to take control of their finances and reach new heights of success. MHK’s Central Settlement system has been developed to take away the administrative burden of managing supplier invoices individually, increase efficiency and allow our members to focus on their core business—selling kitchens.”
A focus on market needs backed by a strong European network
MHK focused on European growth throughout 2024. In 2025, the Group asserts a renewed and strategic focus on progress for its international positioning as the kbb industry’s leading partner for financial, supply and marketing support.
“The bigger we are in Europe, the greater the benefits are for UK retailers,” explains Morris. “Our strong position in European markets has been established based on strong industry partnerships and the tailored solutions offered by our MHK service providers. This foundation allows us to better support retailers in the UK, enabling them to grow with us.”
To further enhance this support, MHK has created a new International Marketing position based at its Head Office, focused on optimising and expanding marketing efforts across its international companies. This expertise helps to further build and improve offerings for retailers in the markets. By strengthening the market position of each individual kitchen retailer through effective and coordinated strategies, MHK is helping to drive long-term success for its partners.
