Lakes is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of shower enclosures, has appointed two new Regional Sales Managers, reinforcing its drive to build on sustainable business growth and customer service goals.
With a combined total of over 40 years in Sales Carol and Alex Wilson will be supporting customers in the North West and North East respectively.
New North West Regional Sales Manager Carol, said: “It is exciting to be representing the Lakes brand in the North West. I was aware of the reputation of the company from my previous roles in the sector.
“I take pride in getting to know my customers in person, and on hand to help them however I can.
“It is an important part of the great customer service that Lakes excels at. This personal touch makes sure that we meet the highest possible standards for customer service and ensures clients feel listened to.
“The future for Lakes includes a push to develop long-term sales growth and customer relationships. I am looking forward to working with the team here to make these goals a reality.”
North East Regional Sales Manager Alex, added: “I am very proud to have joined Lakes as the manager for the North East, Lakes is a respected brand that has a reputation for going the extra mile for customers.
“There are interesting product developments in the pipeline for 2023 which I think help this changeover, as customers have been receptive to the new Wave Black range launched a few months ago.”
