Following the appointment of Chris Dodds as Executive Commercial Director earlier this month, hib. is continuing to build momentum with two further senior promotions, reinforcing its commitment to growth, innovation, and strategic leadership.

Deb Freeman has been promoted to Head of Brand and Marketing, following 15 months with the business. Deb led the recent rebrand and has played a key role in shaping hib.’s strategic marketing direction. In her new role, she will oversee brand development, marketing strategy, and customer engagement.

“I’m thrilled to take on this role at such a pivotal moment for hib. It’s been amazing to be part of the journey so far, and I’m excited to help shape what comes next,” said Deb.

Additionally, Rob Pattern has been promoted to Head of Product Development. Rob brings renewed energy and focus to this vital area of the business and will work closely with Product Director, Ash Chilver, to continue delivering exceptional, design-led bathroom solutions to market.

“This is a really exciting opportunity,” said Rob. “We have a strong foundation in innovation and design, and I’m looking forward to building on that by working closely with the team to bring fresh ideas and high-quality, innovative products to our customers.”
