HiB appoints new Area Sales Manager for Ireland

Leading bathroom product supplier HiB has welcomed Matthew Kinloch to the team as the company’s new Area Sales Manager in Ireland.

Matthew will be supporting retailers across Northern Ireland and parts of the Republic of Ireland, building relationships with new businesses and established accounts, to showcase the very best of what HiB has to offer.

Having worked for high profile brands during his career, Matthew brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Irish branch of HiB’s sales team. Matthew will play a vital role enhancing customer service and communication with retailers and showrooms across the industry.

Commenting on his new role, which began during lockdown, Matthew says: “Starting my new role as Area Sales Manager during lockdown has been unusual, but HiB has been fantastic in helping me establish relationships with existing retailers and showrooms and giving me the tools needed to hit the ground running. It has been very refreshing to learn new product details and discover why HiB has such a good reputation in the bathroom industry.

“Everyone I have met within the company, whether in person or remotely via video conferencing, has been extremely friendly, accommodating and we are all pulling together in the same direction. It is like one big family.

“It is a brilliant opportunity to represent the HiB brand, there are so many exciting projects and products in the pipeline that I can’t wait to share with customers. HiB is renowned for its expertise in beautiful bathroom products and following the company’s recent Queen’s Award for Enterprise win and the BKU award for Best Accessory Brand, there is a lot to shout about.”

As well as a career in sales spanning more than 15 years, Matthew has dedicated much of his spare time volunteering as a youth worker and supports young people by providing access to sport and the great outdoors.
