Leading bathroom product manufacturer hib. has announced a new partnership with Ronald McDonald House Charities UK, naming the organisation as its Corporate Charity Partner for 2025/2026.
The announcement follows a successful year of ongoing support, during which teams from hib. volunteered their time and energy at the charity’s Evelina London and Birmingham Houses. Some of the activities included cleaning kitchens and bedrooms, gardening, helping decorate for Christmas and assembling thoughtful gifts for families on Mother’s Day.
The independent UK charity provides free ‘home away from home’ accommodation and support to families with children in hospital. With 14 Houses across the UK, the charity supported 8,288 families in 2024 alone, helping them stay close to their child during incredibly difficult times.
The partnership will officially begin in July and will include a range of fundraising initiatives, volunteering opportunities and awareness campaigns. hib. staff are already planning activities to support the charity and help make a tangible impact to the lives of affected families.
Laura Bennett, Corporate Fundraiser at Ronald McDonald House Charities UK, shared her appreciation for the new partnership: “Working with hib. over the past year has been nothing short of inspiring. Their team hasn’t just supported us – they’ve become part of our Ronald McDonald House family. Whether volunteering their time at our Houses, donating brilliant prizes for our fundraising events and essential items for our families, or showing up to connect and champion our cause at networking events, they’ve made a genuine difference.
“We’re absolutely delighted to be their chosen Charity of the Year for 2025/2026, and we know – with their passion and heart – we’ll be able to help even more families stay close when it matters most.”
Laura Galsworthy, a member of hib.’s Community Panel, commented, “Having worked closely with the charity last year, I was able to see the amazing work that they do and the families they are able to help support though some very difficult times, by providing a home from home.
“I personally know families that have needed this help, so I know how important this wonderful charity is. I’m very excited to begin our corporate partnership in July and look forward to helping make a difference.”
Following the success of their previous charity initiatives, the new partnership aligns with hib.’s mission to make a meaningful impact beyond the bathroom industry.
