Häfele, the UK’s largest distributor of furniture fittings to the KBB market, has expanded its Matrix drawer range with the addition of two new ‘slim’ products, designed to maximise capacity and offer universal style and functionality across a range of applications.
A double walled, premium drawer most suited to kitchens and bedrooms, the Matrix S Slim balances a high-end finish with the ability to maximise space, with 13mm drawer sides. The system can accommodate 18mm drawer bases and back panels to ensure smooth integration into cabinets of various sizes.
Its features include soft close runners for longevity, a 35kg load bearing on full extension, robust zinc-plated under-mounted runners, and hassle-free height and side adjustment.
In a sleek black finish, the drawer also taps into darker aesthetics that are dominating design trends, with three heights and five depths on offer to suit various applications. The Matrix S Slim is also backed by Häfele’s industry-leading 25-year warranty.
The second of the new products added to the range, the Matrix Single is an ultra slim, lightweight yet durable drawer side system suitable for a wide range of applications, with a lower entry price point than other solutions in the range. The 1.2mm metal sides provide maximum internal storage space – particularly useful for those working in compact living spaces – and, available in three height options and a range of drawer lengths, it is compatible with a wealth of cabinet dimensions.
The Matrix Single has also been designed to accommodate base panels ranging from 7mm to 18mm, and is compatible with any single and full extension undermount runners, offering flexible design and functionality in line with customer requirements.
