TLW Global has outlined its strategic direction for the next phase of growth as it enters its 30th year in business.  Central to this is the appointment of Nigel Hall as Managing Director, along with a focus on product expansion and strengthening customer partnerships across the KBB retail and electrical trade markets.

With a strong legacy in bespoke LED lighting solutions, TLW is building on its foundations to meet rising demand from both new and existing customers.  The business is targeting sustainable, long-term growth through smart investment, product development and enhanced offerings within its core brands; VEW and MARK.

Nigel Hall, Managing Director of TLW commented: “TLW already has a solid platform in place and I’m excited to be part of the team that will now take the company into the future.  By building on our core ranges, expanding our product portfolio and strengthening our customer partnerships, the business is well placed for continued growth in 2026 and beyond.”

The company’s VEW range continues to perform strongly particularly within the KBB market, underpinned by its bespoke market-leading manufactured profiling service and lighting kit ranges. With new Smart LED ranges to be added in 2026, TLW expects VEW product to remain a key growth driver as the market seeks flexible, design-led lighting solutions across innovative applications and supported by reliable service and short lead times.

Whilst the MARK commercial and electrical ranges, offer an opportunity for increased development, via the introduction of exciting new products, including a new ventilation range, to service both retail and trade channels in Q1 of 2026.

In addition, TLW will continue to support its customers by maintaining strong stock availability, dependable lead times and high service levels, predominantly achieved by increased staffing, with 6 new additions throughout all departments in January 2026 underpinned by product training, and stronger communications.

“The strength of TLW lies not just in its products but in its people, partnerships and service culture,” continued Nigel.  “Our collective goal is to build on our relationships across the supply chain and customer base, along with the introduction of innovative new products, all of which will enable TLW to grow and evolve with the market.”

As TLW welcomes Nigel to role of Managing Director, the business is also approaching its 30th anniversary.  While this milestone marks an important moment in the company’s history, the focus remains firmly on the future,  continuing to support customers as lighting technology, design and expectations continue to evolve.
