Franke adds product registration page to website for improved aftersales support

Franke has enhanced its aftersales support with the addition of a new product registration page on its website franke.co.uk.

Customers who register details of their Vital Capsule Filter tap purchase will validate their warranty, receive email reminders when their filter cartridge is due to be replaced and will be sent a stylish 750ml refillable water bottle to use alongside their Vital tap, as part of Franke’s bid to encourage consumers to move away from single use plastic bottles. The move follows the launch of the brand’s Refill Not Landfill campaign last year which aimed at contributing to greater awareness of the need to reduce the use of plastic water bottles in everyday life.

Franke plans for roll out the product registration page to include other product categories over the coming months.

Retailers who had an old Refill Not Landfill A4 Strut Card, or who have purchased a Vital tap for display, are being sent a new Vital A4 strut card to display in their showroom.  It is also available for retailers to order free of charge from the More in Store POS page.
