Emma brings extensive experience across distribution, category management and product development, having worked with leading brands across both the FMCG and home improvement sectors. Her background includes developing and managing successful product categories, delivering customer-focused range strategies and building value through strong supplier relationships.
Importantly, Emma also brings five years of experience within the bathroom sector across merchant and e-commerce channels. Combined with her passion for home and interiors, this gives her a deep understanding of the products, trends and innovations that matter most to our customers.
As our business continues to grow, Emma’s expertise will help ensure we develop market-leading category strategies, strengthen supplier partnerships and deliver the right products to meet changing customer needs.
