‘Eastern Promise’ with V-ZUG

Officially declared ‘open for business’ in November 2016, V-ZUG’s new ZUGORAMA is situated along Russell Street on Causeway Bay in Hong Kong: known for being one of the world’s most expensive and salubrious retail hotspots.

Bringing a piece of Swiss heritage on to Asiatic soil, V-ZUG aims to continue to educate the masses on steam technology for the domestic home and marked this proud occasion with an intimate ribbon-cutting ceremony orchestrated by V-ZUG’s Senior Global and Regional Management team.

The launch party took place at the Maritime Museum in Hong Kong, where V-ZUG’s latest Combi-Steam MSLQ oven professionally steamed gourmet meal for its 250 guests. This event was a great opportunity for V-ZUG’s most VIP customers on a global scale to meet and experience the world of V-ZUG appliances.

Guests enjoyed their food alongside rather apt Swiss wine, in a venue swathed in V-ZUG’s signature blue and white brand colours for a truly European experience!

Chef Roman Wüthrich, Head of the V-ZUG Gourmet Academy took to the stage and demonstrated the philosophy behind ‘The Mastery of Steam’: a live on-screen cooking performance using V-ZUG appliances.
