In addition, the care instructions have been digitised, and the assembly and planning instructions have been structured more clearly. New service: separate repair manuals for main items
A real plus for maintenance: Dornbracht will now provide its own repair manuals for complex items, which were previously integrated into the assembly instructions. This gives installers quick access to the exact information they require when servicing. Particularly practical: in future, spare parts will be accompanied by a QR code. This leads to the appropriate repair manual on the Dornbracht website.
More visible and sustainable: the new care instructions
As part of the revision of its technical documents, Dornbracht has also redesigned its care instructions. Instead of an enclosed paper document, which is often disposed of unnoticed, a high-quality tag will now accompany the fitting. On the back is a QR code that leads to the clearly laid out online care instructions. “With the new format, we are conserving resources and ensuring that important information reaches those who need it,” explains Helga Fuchs, Head of Documentation and Product Data at Dornbracht.
