Come in… lets’s go!

As part of A30 Küchenmeile, the baumann group is once again opening the doors of the Haus Beck Exhibition and Training Centre in Löhne. Under the motto “COME IN… Planning, Producing, Responding … Let’s Go!” and besides numerous new approaches to form and material, the focus this year is mainly on the interaction between exhibition visitors and the company and its representatives.
Why? Surveys show that trade customers visit an exhibition for three reasons: firstly, to get ideas for concept-related and technical planning, secondly, to gather inspiration for staging kitchens in terms of decoration and lighting, and thirdly, to meet their contacts in person.

The 2017 baumann group in-house exhibition focuses on these three motivation factors. At BAUFORMAT, a new handle less concept as well as a new pull-out and innovative ways of de-signing cabinet interiors work like dynamite for planning ideas. But at burger too, in the 100th year of Burger Küchenmöbel GmbH, designs in the modern retro style with new interpretations of the kitchen dresser as well as open shelves and standalone furniture, as current hot topics, are also speeding up the planning carousel.

Apart from this, numerous intense colours, decors in fabric, stone or timber look as well as metallic surfaces, as a thread running through the new exhibition, offer all sorts of inspiration for setting the kitchen scene. Fresh colours and new surface finishes in Scandinavian design at burger as well as the spot-light placed on the country kitchen style at BAUFORMAT pro-vide the leitmotifs at this year’s in-house exhibition and promise no shortage of inspiration for designing kitchens. Both brands also show their strength in the new structure given to their colour concepts for lacquers and lacquered laminates.

Altogether, however, restructuring the exhibition in conjunction with a newly devised lighting concept above all provides one thing: the opportunity for visitors to meet in the atmosphere of the Kitchen Family. For instance, lounge furniture in the exhibition extends an invitation to linger, with the newly designed registration area providing a place for informal and authentic gatherings. “We don’t just want to give our exhibition visitors the opportunity to talk to contacts but also build up a genuine relationship with the product and the company in a feel-good atmosphere so that after the exhibition they can say: … LET’S GO, let us tackle the job together”, says Matthias Berens, baumann group Sales Director
