BSH, the market leading manufacturer of Bosch, NEFF, Siemens and Gaggenau, announces that Charlotte Green has been appointed as CEO of the UK & Ireland subsidiary.

Taking up the role from September 2026, she succeeds Gunjan Srivastava who stepped down earlier this year.

Charlotte joins BSH from Amazon, where she spent 15 years building and leading large, multimarket operations across the UK and Europe.

Most recently, she led a broad European portfolio spanning multiple categories and channels,with responsibility for significant commercial operations and large international teams.

With more than 20 years’ experience across retail, consumer and technology sectors, she brings extensive expertise in commercial leadership, business transformation and scaling complex organisations, alongside a proven track record of delivering sustainable growth and building high performing teams.

On joining BSH, Charlotte said: “I have long admired BSH and its brands, both as a consumer and from within the industry, so it is a privilege to be joining the company at such an exciting time.

“I’m looking forward to working with the team to build on the strong foundations already in place, strengthen our position across the UK and Ireland, and continue building close relationships with customers, consumers and trade partners.”
