All guarantees and warranties come under the Caple Care umbrella; an in-house initiative set up by Caple’s Service department.
Natasha explains: “Caple Care helps us to review and evaluate enquiries more effectively for faster decision-making and better after-service. If a customer ever experiences any problems with an appliance and they need help, or we need to contact them, this speeds up the process.
Caple created their free 2-year guarantee to give customers confidence in the appliance purchasing process. All guarantees and warranties have been designed to protect the consumer and demonstrate the quality of Caple’s high-performance products and customer service.”
When customers come towards the end of their 2-year guarantee, they can extend this to a 5-year warranty for a one-off payment or a manageable monthly fee. And, if a consumer has not registered their appliance, Caple offers an out-of-guarantee repair and protect option for a fixed fee. Benefits include the arrangement of a service call (including parts and labour) or a discounted product (terms and conditions apply) up to six years after the initial purchase date. Natasha adds: “In the unlikely event of an issue developing, we will resolve it.”
