Ca’ Pietra has unveiled Stone Glaze, a new collection of handmade glazed stoneware tiles designed to bring authentic craft and character into kitchens, bathrooms and living spaces.
Formed from locally sourced clay and finished with enamel glazes based on time-honoured formulas, each Stone Glaze tile carries natural variation in tone and surface. Gentle undulation, pooled glaze, speckling and slight shifts in size are not imperfections but deliberate hallmarks of the collection, details that catch the light and add a sense of movement and life.
Available in both brick and square formats, Stone Glaze comes in a palette of 17 colours, from quiet neutrals to bold, saturated hues. Choices range from Chalkstone, Linen and Mink, through to Petrol Green, Olive Leaf and Imperial Red, offering scope for both understated backdrops and high-impact feature walls. Gloss finishes bounce light in compact rooms or across splashbacks, while matt options deliver a grounded look that works equally well underfoot or across larger wall expanses.
The collection is suitable for bathrooms, wet rooms and kitchens. Gloss is recommended for internal walls, while the matt finish is also suitable for internal floors. To achieve a balanced spread of tones, Ca’ Pietra advises blending tiles from multiple boxes prior to installation.
Stone Glaze continues Ca’ Pietra’s commitment to tiles with personality, artistry and lasting appeal. With its irregular edges, layered colours and textural finish, the range delivers the kind of lived-in beauty that designers and homeowners increasingly seek.
