Business Leader HiB Included in Parliamentary Review 2019

One of the UK’s leading bathroom manufacturer, HiB, have been featured as a contributor to the Business and Industrial Strategy publication of The Parliamentary Review.

Chaired by Lord Pickles, former Conservative Communities Secretary, and Lord Blunkett, former Labour Home Secretary, The Parliamentary Review is a series of independent publications which aim to share examples of best practice gathered from organisations across the UK. Sent to over 500,000 leading business executives, policy makers and other relevant individuals, The Parliamentary Review was this year launched at a gala event at Mansion House, the official residence of the Lord Mayor of London.

Tasked with telling the HiB story, managing director Robert Ginsberg contributed his perspective on how targeted innovation, coupled with a strong company culture, can enable any business to thrive, whilst outlining his plans for continuing the success of the business over the coming years.

Commenting on HiB’s inclusion in the publication, Robert said: “The Parliamentary Review is an extremely prestigious initiative, designed to offer best practice examples to some of the UK’s leading politicians and business executives. I am extremely proud of what HiB has achieved over its 30 year history, and it was truly an honour to share our journey, and the insights we have gained along the way. Hopefully, our case study will shine a light on the importance of creating a culture that genuinely nurtures its employees – we have always prioritised our people and dared to think outside of the box, and for us, that has been a truly winning formula.”

Co-chairman of The Parliamentary Review, Lord Pickles has praised the Review as one of the most comprehensive yet, commenting: “As Britain undergoes changes, it is essential that politicians have a firm understanding of the challenges with which British organisations must contend.”
