The British Institute of Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom Installation (BiKBBI) is delighted to announce Hayley Robson as the latest appointment to its growing Strategic Advisory Board.

Hayley Robson, with more than 25 years’ designing kitchens and bathrooms for leading retailers, as well as featuring in panel discussions, podcasts and judging prestigious industry awards, will bring an alternate perspective to the board, the role of which is to offer insight and balance to decision-making and guide the strategic direction of the institute. BiKBBI recently launched its Accredited Installation Methods (AiM) certification initiative in support of local, regional and national retailers and will be celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2026.

Damian Walters, BiKBBI CEO, commented “Successful installation is dependent on so many contributory factors from across the industry, but none more so than the designer. Installation professionals are responsible for bringing designs to life and therefore the relationship between installers and designers is pivotal.  We are committed to strengthening sector representation and in particular from within the retail part of our industry as we extend our reach into their world . Hayley’s appointment brings a new dimension to board, and her experience as both a designer and independent retailer will be hugely beneficial to BiKBBI and indeed the wider industry”.

Hayley Robson commented “I am honoured to be part of the Strategic Advisory Board, recognising the vital role that BiKBBI plays in shaping the future of the industry. I believe a designer and independent retailer perspective is essential in ensuring the industry remains fully connected with installation, innovative, customer-focused and responsive to evolving market needs.”

Hayley’s appointment is the third addition to the BiKBBI Advisory Board in as many weeks, with further announcements to follow over the coming weeks.
