Bertazzoni has expanded its portfolio of unique range cookers with integrated extraction with a new 100cm, double-oven model.
The one-of-a-kind ‘Air-Tec’ range cooker with induction top and integrated hood features patented technology and is a ‘three-in-one’ appliance; range cooker, hob and extractor.
Available in seven colourways in Bertazzoni’s Professional Series, some SKUs are adorned with the same high-gloss automotive paint found on luxury Italian sports cars and one of the options is matt (carbonio).
Launched on the back of the success of its predecessor, the multi-award-winning*, single-oven 90cm Air-Tec range cooker, the new 100cm appliance widens the products’ appeal, bringing the models’ total number of SKUs to 14.
With a capacity of 105L across both ovens, the main cavity (60cm) has 11 functions, from convection, baking and grilling to fast-preheat and the auxiliary oven (30cm) has five modes.
The main oven also has air fry capabilities, thanks to Bertazzoni’s innovative technology and a specially-formulated cooking tray. Both feature triple-glazed, soft-close doors, too.
The induction cooktop features four cooking zones, including two bridge areas, all of which offer powers from 2,100W to 3,000W.
The integrated hood offers a total of 11 speeds, including booster and automatic, providing air extraction power between 176 to 564 m³/h. With an energy rating of A and 100% safe against water links, it also has four special functions, including automatic ignition and filter saturation alerts.
Offering maximum installation versatility, the Bertazzoni Air-Tec is available with either ducted or filter ventilation and features carbon filters for optimum performance. It can also be controlled by both its knobs or the touch-screen digital display.

As with the 90cm models, the Bertazzoni Professional Series 100cm Air-Tec range cooker is available in stainless steel (PROCH104I2EXT), carbonio (PROCH104I2ECAT), white/bianco (PROCH104I2EBIT), yellow/giallo (PROCH104I2EGIT), orange/arancio (PROCH104I2EART), red/rosso (PROCH104I2EROT) and black/nero (PROCH104I2ENET) colourways.
