Cyncly has released the latest update to its Winner Design and Winner Flex software, with a major upgrade to the rendering engine taking centre stage. The improved technology delivers faster, sharper, and more immersive visualisations, with Winner Flex users now able to create 360-degree renders for a more engaging client experience. By giving retailers and designers the tools to present kitchens in vivid detail, the new render engine helps them communicate ideas more effectively and stand out in a competitive market.

Winner is a complete design and sales tool created specifically for kitchen specialists. From realistic 3D visualisations to managing catalogues, quotations and contracts, Winner supports the full customer journey and helps retailers bring ideas to life.

Alongside the enhanced rendering, the new release introduces a Favourites function in the materials catalogue, making it faster to locate and apply preferred finishes. The Model/Price window has been redesigned for clarity, and a new sub-toolbar for drawing icons simplifies tool selection. Users can also save on-screen renders directly from the Perspective window, while a refreshed set of decorative objects gives designs extra polish.

Two new security roles give managers the ability to restrict access to advanced settings and control how graphical information is exported, keeping sensitive details protected. Winner now also identifies which user has a design locked, helping teams resolve access quickly.

The update allows retailers to edit payment calendars directly from quotations and contracts, removing the need to re-enter information elsewhere. Index validation is now automatic, ensuring that the most accurate pricing is always applied. Catalogue management is also simpler, with enhancements to the Catalogue Maintenance Component and a new catalogue browser in Room Definition Mode, speeding up the placement of items like windows and doors.

Flex users also gain access to an in-app Help centre providing guides, articles and live chat within the platform, while user roles and database export functions give greater project control.

With easier installation, faster search tools and improved UI across the board, these updates continue Cyncly’s commitment to supporting kitchen retailers and designers with software that saves time and improves the customer experience.
