Food waste disposer expert InSinkErator UK has moved into new, modern offices situated in Croxley Park, Hatters Lane, Watford.

The new office location marks a step to futureproof the business, with the company now located in a fully furbished, state-of-the-art facility, which allows it to be scalable, enabling growth as and when it requires.

Ashley Munden, MD for the UK and EMEA, InSinkErator, commented: “This exciting step allows us to be more agile as a business and means we now benefit from a more forward-thinking office solution.

“Following COVID-19, I believe a lot of companies started to re-think their office space, as needs changed and the way we work evolved. That evolution today dictates what is required from a modern office and I’m happy that things feel fresh in our new home. We needed to update, and the new space allows our hybrid working pattern to flourish.”

Ashley continued: “This summer’s move has been a great milestone for the business and now we have greater ability to grow our team. We’re looking forward to the future and what comes next from our brand.”

InSinkErator moving offices has also benefitted several local causes, thanks to the brand recently donating office furniture from its previous location. Ensuring to give back to the local area and stop items from going into landfill, office furniture was donated to local causes: The Ansar Youth Project, Good Vibrations Watford, Rifco Theatre Company and Best Before.

Zuhayr Kassam, Head of Operations from Ansar Youth Project, said: “The items InSinkErator kindly donated will make a significant difference. Over the past year, we’ve had to relocate twice and, as a result, lost access to our own dedicated office space. Thankfully, we have now secured a new office that was previously unfurnished, and these items will greatly support our Senior Management Team in delivering the operational work needed to meet the charity’s aims.”

Ryan White, Director, from Good Vibrations Watford, added: “We’re so grateful to the team at InSinkErator UK for donating desks and office supplies. These items have found a new home in our workshop and admin space, helping us set up a more organised, welcoming environment for our growing community.“With their help, we’re one step closer to achieving our goal: bringing free music-making and skills-sharing opportunities to people of all ages and abilities in Watford. Kindness like this helps us keep our sessions going strong while reducing waste – a win for people and planet.”

InSinkErator is an active campaigner focusing on the prevention and disposing of food waste responsibly. Since 1927 and the invention of the first food waste disposer, the brand has produced products which get rid of food scraps quickly and hygienically.
